Akshita Pandey (She/her) - Counselling Psychologist

Description

She believes that healing is an adventure—and therapy is the space where someone walks that path beside you with intention, care, and courage. Her practice is grounded in the belief that therapy is not about fixing or changing who we are, but creating space to understand our stories, identities, relationships and experiences with compassion. She works from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and politically aware lens, with deep respect for the contexts and systems that shape our lives.
