Description
Our bodies hold an innate wisdom to heal, yet they are also home to many of our untold stories. Aimy follows a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to befriend the body. She works with the intention to provide a sense of safety to clients' 'embodied' experiences, repair the body's response to trauma, and move towards resilience and wholeness.
