Aahana's work is rooted in Person-centered, process-oriented, and social justice therapeutic frame- works. She approaches therapy with the deep belief that every client holds innate wisdom and in- sight into their own healing process. Her practice acknowledges the influence of systemic factors such as caste, class, education, etc on development and maintenance of Mental health issues. She bases her practice on creating a safe, reflective, and respectful space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner world and lived experiences. She has particular experience working with rela- tional dynamics, especially for people caregiving. Her practice encourages clients to discover their strengths, resilience, and inner anchors
